How hard was it to paint the brake calipers, did you use a brush paint or spray? I tried to black out my tail lights with night shade spray, looked great until i put a clear coat layer on it, it started to bubble up :( How are yours done if i may ask? Happy new year to all!

@Draslay31 I did my calipers myself with that G2 paint it really lasts! and for my doors i cut a piece of vinyl sticker the fit and put it over the chrome piece along the door. its lasted 2 and a half years now!

@hawkpride52 it actually has to do with the amount of air your intake system flows and also preload on the bov. cars that have the bov's open during a rev don't necessarily build boost, they just have enough air moving to actuate the it.

@brette808 if you swap engine then you will have to swap gear box, diff, axel. imo just buy an sti if your gonna go that route. you can still make shit tons of power out of the wrx. the tranny and clutch go before the motor.

@hsc87 well i mean i just figured i'd get it cause its stronger than the stock shitty plastic one and i have the acessport and turboback and had some extra cash. mine is set to 70% plumbed back and only 30% is vented back into the atmosphere. basically the one i have is suppose to improve throttle response and hold more boost.

pretty pricy. . the full turbo-back exhaust i paid 1350 i installed with someone so installation didnt cost anything, the rims were i think 800 for the 4 rims and then i got tires that were 128 each. and the window tint cost me 150 all the way around and i did the tailights and just paid like 20 bucks for the spray

I got the World rally blue hatch back, mods so far are tinted windows at 20% , custom red painted taillights, floorwell illumination from the STi as well. Love the car so far. No engine mods yet due to warranty issues. I wanna do turboback exhaust soon though.
