Infinity Ward has hired new staff members. At the time when all the craziness in MW2 was going on, Infinity Ward had very few employees because when the 2 heads of IW got fired, a bunch quit. I think that they will do a good job with this new prequel :).

We're all bored with Black Ops because the gun selection sucks. There are like 4 good assault rifles, 1 decent smg, 1 beast smg. MW2 almost all of the assault rifles are great, the smgs are eh, but there aren't 15 smgs in mw2 unlike BO. Secondaries also added a lot of variety in MW2, but they took that away in Black Ops.

Plus every big commentator said to use ghost. So blame them. IMO nothing is OP. The only reason Thunder complains about air support getting shot down is because he thinks the STRELA-3 is OP. The launcher is being use for its purpose. And it the reason you get it at 30 and not 10.

The prequel to Modern Warfare that "Infinity Ward" is doing, it's not really Infinity Ward. It's people that Activision chose to be in Infinity Ward. Everybody that was good at Infinity Ward left and created Respawn Entertainment. They are now with EA. And the only reason Treyarch cares is because Activision kept Infinity Ward, so Treyarch still has to compete. They thought after the lawsuit that IW was gone, but Activision showed how much faith they have in Treyarch by keeping IW as a developer

Thunder I have no faith in anything that Infinity Ward will put on the market in the future. Hopefully some of the perk, killstreak, etc. information will come out long before release the same as BlackOps. Now that we know what to look for we will see any potential bullshit immediately. If they are dumb enough to have a OMA, DC, or Commando perk I will not even consider buying it. Not to mention their track record for abandoning the game and not patching a damn thing.

That's why I love Treyarch at the moment. Black Ops isn't the best game ever. But they are more than willing to listen to feedback and make adjustments. IW just put their fingers in their ears and left MW2 the way it was, as if they thought it was perfect.

I hope they will learn from this and hopefully they are willing to listen to their community if the game isn't perfect, which it won't be.

I brought this up in your last vid, but you have to remember that IW is DEAD. Almost all the old team left for Respawn Entertainment, so most of the old IW members are gone and the new ones will have like no experience. Also, this game might not even see the light of day since in the legal battle between Activision and Respawn right now, Respawn is trying to prevent Activision from publishing any more MW games. But even if Activision wins, it's all new talent at IW.
