It doesn't work. Paypal / BillmeLater are incestious bastards that sit on the seller's money and point fingers at each other acting like they are autonomous. It's a scam! They also try to collect from people like myself who weren't shipped anything at all! They also offered me a discount on my first purchase that would have about covered the shipping just to sign up with them but then tried to charge me the full amount! Don't use them, beware!
