forgive my ignorance (ive never solved more than 2 sides on a rubicks cube before xD) but why is that any more of a challenge than a regular cube? i mean, yeah the middle bits are missing but you can still do the same moves with it right? or am i being retarded? =]

@megamaxie It's harder because we don't know which of the middle pieces go where so when we put it in we get parity errors which are cases that cannot happen on a normal 3x3x3 cube so you have to learn more algorythyms <<(poor spelling)and ETC :D? I think so that's how I see it imo when i solve it

One thing I love to do is just take the center caps off a DIY, and you get a void cube that cuts corners. Works for me. But having the ability to just see through the cube is pretty cool too.
