I'm not going to lie, this made me want an octopus. I've read that you need to latch the lid on the tank firmly, or else the octopus might escape, go into another fish tank, eat all of your other fish, then go back to it's tank. Is this true? If so, it's awesome.

Octopi change colour and texture visually according to their frame of mind. Babies would be experiencing various reactions to their environment so would change their spots accordingly.

The octopus loves crab and once it saw the crab it noticed it was put in a container so it observed how the top was put on so it could get it off. THAT is intelligent!

those crabs completely freak out when they spot the octopus. not nice, in the wild, they get chance to hide etc and only the weak/foolish get eaten. Octupi are amazing though, really intelligent.
