  • cool bike! half cafe racer, half street fighter. A cafe fighter?

  • All these modified japanese bikes look like art. Very nice work.

  • かっこええぇ~

  • this is not a cafe racer bike this is a rat bike its very ugly sorry

  • very cool. looks straight out of an anime or a video game.

  • the bike is awesome!! what is the exhaust tip you use?

  • very nicely done.

  • change the rims

  • Nice!!!

  • dude that bike fuckin rocks you did it up right new school cafe loven it i want one

  • The tank is kinda small. I think a bigger one would be better

  • ¿it has a real 250 engine???

  • Great ! I'm in love with it!

  • this is 1 SICK looking BIKE

  • Ha, that's the truth about that Cowell guy, eh? Point taken about the authentic bikes being British... But my beef is that the common guy can't even afford to buy an old crusty BSA or Triumph to cafe out- at least in the U.S. There's a whole world of other cool bikes out there- Italian, Spanish, and yes Japanese that are cool bikes and make beautiful CR's. And I'm not just saying that because I ride a Yamaha! ;)

  • hey does anyone know what tires those are? and if they would work on a GS500?

    Bike looks BAMF btw

  • かっこいいです。シートはどちらのものを使用されてるのですか?

  • If you want to cling to tradition than you have that right but if you believe the movement doesn't include japanese bike than its already left you behind.

  • Since when are Yamaha's British bikes? Because as far as I'm concerned, a Cafe Racer is a British bike, not some cheap foreign import trying to follow a trend it doesn't fit into!

  • @levijonessheep

i've got a honda CB125 cafe racer and what does it matter what make it is?

people even put harley engines in a norton frame, same thing as a jap caferacer?

so don't be a hater but like it how everyone loves and lives for the caferacers ;)

    grtzz

  • @vwdude001

What I'm saying is that a true Cafe Racer can only be made out of a classic British bike, anything else is just an imitation. For instance, if you put long forks on a GSXR, does it suddenly become a chopper? No it doesn't, because traditionally choppers are made from American bikes, predominantly Harley Davidsons.

  • @levijonessheep Most of Deus motorcycles the coolest bike shop in the worlds are Japanes bikes from the 70's and 80's

    Australia doesn't agree with you

  • @stoopefy

Deus have only ever made 1 true Cafe Racer model (i.e. with an enlarged fuel tank, a rear pod and clip on handlebars, which is the trademark style of a Cafe Racer) it's called the 'Thruxton Cafe' and is made out of a British Triumph Thruxton 900. So your comment about them building Cafe Racers out of Jap bikes is incorrect.

I'm not a hater, I'm just protective over the movement which started in Britain with British bikes. It's part of my culture, which I'm sure you can understand.

  • @levijonessheep Oh, come dude, what's your hang up? Cafes are all about having fun, going fast, and hanging with your buddies. It's not a cultural thing, it may have started in Britain, but Britain doesn't own it! But if you do want to make this a British vs American thing... How about giving us back hip hop, motown, and you can keep that squirrelly bastard Simon from American Idol!

  • @MrNferguson24

I'm not saying the British "own" the Cafe Racer scene, and I don't want to prevent anybody from enjoying the movement. All I'm saying is that Cafe Racers were made from British Bikes, and you can't make one out of a Jap biker.

Think of it this way; You cant make a stake and ale pie out of lamb, can you?

P.S. We haven't got Hip-Hop here we have Grime instead, Motown has never been culturally significant in Britain, and NO, we don't want Cowell either, you can keep him, lol!

  • I have little mechanical background. How difficult would this be for me to do?

  • Sorry bro, it looks great, but, it's just a 250.

    You should've started with a 400. That would've been a better platform.

  • Looks good, but I could never ride something that small.

  • SO CAFE RACERS MUST BE ONLY FOR ONE PERSON ?
