I think they're one-offs. He said they were 3d printed (built up from many thin layers of plastic by a computer controlled machine tool).
You could google for "3D printing service", then find out what file formats they take, then get a model of the protein you want from the brookhaven database, then you'd just need to work out how to export as the right format from your molecular model editor (e.g. rasmol).
