I'm not saying you're wrong but it does sound quite like him. I have had a look round and can't find the full cast credits, just the details of producer/director and so forth. The wiki page for 'Vic and Bob' contains the line 'In 2009, they voiced an advertisement for Birds Eye Salmon Fish Fingers.'. Fair play if if isn't him, but it would seem a bit odd, and who else would it be?
