@jaworski716 I think you just don't like how he stomps it down, and it looks like his trucks are crazy loose right there so he swerves when he lands, but no one cared what your landing looked like back then, I'm sure he could have crouched down and dragged his ass on the ground if that's how he wanted it to look, and it's like 37 inches high with perfect form. It's just weird because I used to watch this back then and that switch hardflip always amazed me.

@GrottenGal860 Totally agree, I used to hang with Donny back in his Santa Cruz days, he skated with my brother on almost a daily basis, one of the nicest guys around, a true ambassador to the sport of skateboarding. Willing to skate with anyone of any skill level. Small sidenote, my brother is in this video, he went out shooting with Donny in LA for the glass wall ride part of the video, they rode around in LA in an old hooptie with 'show me your tits' spray painted on the side, true story.

Donnys been holdin' it down forever. reppin' the east coast since day one. Skateboardings not about the tricks its how you do them and donny hands down has the best style i've ever seen and makes kick-turns look good.

@farfrompuken5 of course the current generation pushes it to a new level. but its the industry itself which is at a whole new level these days. the pros get their asses flewn to any ivory ledge on the planet in no time nowadays.

the difference is that in the 90s lads like barley or thomas ripped apart their neighbourhood in the first place. it was more of a overall livestile. just look at the personality that is in all the vids like welcome to hell or missled youth

He is a thousand times more fun to watch and he makes me wanna grab my board and just do fucking ollies going fast.
