During my year there life was fairly normally and the rent was cheap for a small apartment. I've thought of moving back, so I'm wondering if the trend over the years since 1999 has been that life has been getting better or worse? Have people been moving into the area or out of the area? Has crime been on the rise in the past ten years or on the decline?
