I just hope this would not be the final version when they release on May or June of this year. The nokia people including Axel Meyer must consider additional design like typing SMS, MMS, emails in a Portrait Mode thru softtouch screen like the one in the Landscape mode.

Im comfortable in input message (SMS) thru portrait mode. Im searching to all the youtube adds of N97 "NO ONE SHOWS HOW TO INPUT SMS IN A PORTRAIT MODE ?!!". Is N97 has no function softouch entry in a "PORTRAIT MODE". Im used in typing SMS holding in one hand thru one thumb. And if i have to send a simple message alone do i have to slide to open querty pad just to input a short message. This is crazy! Why can't go directly in default portrait mode. 2nd thought of buyin N97 perhaps Omnia HD.

allright i'll show ya.
In the first version of nokia you had 6 different input methods. De qwerty keyboard. A landscape touchscreen qwerty or a small landscape touchscreen querty. Coming along with handwriting mode, touch input mode like a traditional cellphone and T9 in portrait mode. But for some reason Nokia decided that they didn't need the touchscreen qwerty's anymore so they're gone.

The screen still doesn't move like it does on that video but it's smoother than on the prototypes which is good. But its reassuring to know that what they are using is a working demo and not the final version.
