@TheOnePistol Depends how much fat there was - or how much you want in your chill. We used lean, so there wasn't any to drain.

so how much fun was it to stick the chip in there? lmao. anywho thanks for posting the video. sadly ive gone through about 60 different chili videos and still havent found the perfect chili. i made it not to long ago with Bacon, Ground Beef, and Italian Sausage. was pretty good. (also an orange pepper, 3 jalapenos, and a green pepper) anywho

Very nice. There are probably as many chili recipes as there are families. I use a can of beer in my chili and drain/rinse the beans. With kids, we make a mild chili and let the adults add hot sauce and pepper to taste. Thanks for great ideas!

you need to rinse the beans....don't use the liquid from the can....especially if you want to cut down on the gas side effects of eating beans
