I've commented on this video before but in all honesty this is just complicating something very simple. Get some light weights and get your form down and then just hit your chest heavy with 8-12 reps with a regular flye. If you aren't comfortable with db's just use a machine and go for the same rep range. 8-12 reps. 3-4 sets. Try using them as a pre-exhaust before your heavy presses, That's a killer.

@mahzaku well they do make a slight difference but their effectiveness is highly exaggerated, the type of chest a person can ultimately build really depends on testosterone levels and genetics, its not possible to "shape" ur chest exactly the way u want it, its best to stick to pressing exercises to build mass and the shape that it takes ultimately depends on ur genes, look up sean nalewanyj, a world class fitness expert, and hear what he has to say....he definitely knows his stuff!
Too bad moving your arm does not have ANYTHING to do with your pecs. Pronation and Supination of your wrist involves your biceps and NOT your chest. Check out basic anatomy 101.

I think I can help a bit, but I'm not going to pretend I'm a pro - I'm still learning too. I know that with DBs you have a more natural range of motion for the wrists - which means less stress on them. Also, with a BB, your more dominant side (left or right) will do more of the work - which means you will create imbalance. You can avoid this by using DBs as each side is worked the same. The advantage of BBs though is that you can lift more. Hope this helps dude.

To bad that there is no such thing as a upper pec. The chest is made of two muscles the pec major and the pec minor. The major lays on top of the minor.Doing any kind of incline movement stresses the pec delt tie in.And places more stress on the front delt. By the way fly movement when done with any weight to cause muscle growth tends to tear up the shoulder joint.
I found a muscle map on an exercise web sight that shows the Pectoralis Major separated into a Sternal Head, and a Clavicular Head. The Clavicular Head looks to be just below the Anterior Deltoid. But you're right - there is no such thing as an "Upper Pectoralis" but rather a sub-section of the Pec Major group.
take advice from people who LOOK like they have tested their methods and can prove that it works. Both these guys don't even have enough body to keep their shirts on them properly. ALL they do is talk crap. the twisting throws in Tri's when you go that direction NOT chest. and all they do is advertise how to raise your test by 1000 percent? you can't even get that on juice unless you shoot 4 amps a week. 1) Shaky, uncontrolled technique
2) "Pause at the top" - No. Rest between sets, no reps. Pausing at the top doesn't workout anything, waste of energy.
3) Limiting yourself to rep numbers deprives you of achieving proper lactic acid build up. Go until you can't, not until you've counted to 10.
Testosterone isn't a secret, it's a biochemical aid to building - but it's not the only aid. Vicsnatural - search and thank me later.

There cannot be any tension in the pecs, while the dumbells connect, as the weight stands on your skeleton.
What I discovered for MY body, is that lifting the whole shoulder to the cranium puts more tension on the upper fibers on any chest exercise.
Though it is not quite healthy, I have to admit...

please DON'T listen to these two out of shape jackasses, they're just trying to deal with their middle-age-crisis.... only thing you're gonna accomplish by doing this excersise is rotator-cuff and wrist injuries. look up real bod builders like arnold and cutler and put pressure on muscles not joints

To bad that there is no such thing as a upper pec. The chest is made of two muscles the pec major and the pec minor. The major lays on top of the minor.Doing any kind of incline movement stresses the pec delt tie in.And places more stress on the front delt. By the way fly movement when done with any weight to cause muscle growth tends to tear up the shoulder joint.

I found a muscle map on an exercise web sight that shows the Pectoralis Major separated into a Sternal Head, and a Clavicular Head. The Clavicular Head looks to be just below the Anterior Deltoid. But you're right - there is no such thing as an "Upper Pectoralis" but rather a sub-section of the Pec Major group.

take advice from people who LOOK like they have tested their methods and can prove that it works. Both these guys don't even have enough body to keep their shirts on them properly. ALL they do is talk crap. the twisting throws in Tri's when you go that direction NOT chest. and all they do is advertise how to raise your test by 1000 percent? you can't even get that on juice unless you shoot 4 amps a week. PLEASE. they don't know shit
