it is so cool that i america you can go to a weapon store a buy a gun. In Denmark where i am from you have to go to the goverment and get a pice of paper that says that the goverment said okay that you buy a gun, and the same rule are with gas softguns

I love this pistol! This will definitely be my next gun purchase. I have the LCP in the same coloration, it would to cool to have a matching set - LCP in OD and SR9 in OD.

first off great videos... ive been planning on getting a new 9mm and ive been looking at the sr9...i heard you say in one of your videos that your a glock man would you say its worth the extra money to get the glock??

@humans4targets2 The SR9 is the most accurate and comfortable between Glock and Ruger. But that Tennifer Glock finish will wear a great deal better than the blued or brushed stainless Ruger. The SR9 is still my favorite, but does not handle heavy sweating as well as the Glock for everyday carry.

i love mine!! hey paul, thanks for the other video on how to remove the mag. safety. works great, i put about 3K rounds throw mine without a jam or any other problems! this is my carry gun now for about 5 months and some times i do not know it is there at all. now, i am planning to get the SR9c in the near future!! great videos and keep it up and thanks Paul !!!!!!!!!!!!

when you carry it with the safety off, did you ever find that it accidentally was moved to the safe position? seems like an ambidextrous safety may have that kind of problem.

I love these SR9's and they make a great gun for the lady of the house to, my girlfriend loves shooting mine and actually can about shoot it better then I can. Mine's stainless so I guess mines not nutinfancy tacticool though :) I'm sure he'd prolly sand the beautiful finish on it and duracote it desert tan so the desert steel plate people don't see it :) (sorry had to say it lol) Nice gun though man :) Course I don't think you own a gun that isn't pretty sweet from what I've seen.

I think the SR9 is an amazing design and has been overlooked because everyone assumes you need a Glock or an XD, then if you want to get uppetty, you get a Sig or HK. I have a fair amount of trigger time on Glocks and Ruger P-series pistols, and if I wanted a full size 9mm, I think I would opt for the SR9. That may be what keeps this design from becoming more popular. There is no SR .40, no compact or subcompact that I know of. Meanwhile, everyone else offers all these options in polymer frames.

Good video! I've had my SR9 for nearly a year now and I love it! It is also my carry piece. It carries as comfortable as I could ask for in my Crossbreed Supertuck holster. Accurate, extremely reliable, ergonomic, and fairly lightweight for a 17+1 capacity gun.

One thing I think is worth mentioning that you did not touch on......it's a tremendous Value! I got mine (black frame, stainless slide) brand new for $369. Unbelievable value!!

Great vid, and the SR9 feels so good in the hand. Can adjust sights easily, but most likely not needed. If you do another vid on it, could you please discuss the Recall on it and what Ruger has done to correct it? That would be great, thanks for the vid Paul!!

we used it at the range on monday, real sexy gun... shoots great, but it jammed using fiocchi fmj's. i guess it has a tight tolerance, maybe.
