One time for a public speech as an experiment I focused on my nervousness, not the words, and I turned into this. My knees were shaking, my voice clamped up. It was pretty hilarious.

She is exhibiting signs of someone with extreme anxiety and possibly social phobia. The heavy breathing, the fact she turned away from the audience so she wouldn't look at them etc. These are what people who have social anxiety would do

But part of it is that she is very shy and somewhat introverted (just because you have a social phobia doesn't necessarily mean your shy).
Also, she did say herself that she is slightly hungover.
