So, the extra flickers and the odd pauses of flickers were caused by...maybe shooting it again on a TV screen. (serious question)

It was sot in a movie theater on a Dv camera that wasnt a 3-chip camera so the frame rate is not so hot.
I need to transfer it properly.

There is no filter. This was shot on 16mm film stock.
