  • How do you no when to put them in the box or net?

  • watch?v=GqV8h6RDAe4

    Advice please?

  • my guppy is pregnant and she seems really big, is she about due? and what do you feed the fry?

  • @DarkwolfObsidian77 fry can be given normal flake food, but it helps if you crush it into more of a powder, just so its easier for them to eat. Also its ideal to give them a plant (preferably one with small leaves but lots of them) so they can hide from bigger fish or put them into a baby net (usually a small net cube that can be hooked onto the side in your fish tank: this keeps them safe but saves you getting another tank to seperate them)

  • @laceymay611 Sometimes they come out the cracks in the box 0.0

  • When using a breeding conanier and the fry down in the cracks do they ever swim back up??

  • @laceymay611 Unfortunately yes. And that's how they get eaten sometimes. But the breeder box does save most of them.

  • Hey ur guppy birthing net is da same as mine but mine didn't have dat glass or plastic thing at da bottom, mine was all net under it!!

  • ?>_<

  • its a Platy not a guppy

  • @hetvliegendpiemeltje no, it's definately a guppy (:

  • Awesome video, thanks for sharing!

  • Did the big female eat the older fry?

  • Is that all fish flakes and food at the bottom????

  • why am i watching this

  • Nice female. Breed her with some light blues.

  • For some reason, when I bought 3 female guppies for my fish tank, I never thought that they were pregnant or about to give birth (the store I bought from separated their guppies by gender) but within days after I brought them home, all three of them gave birth! Now I have 20+ baby guppies swimming in my tank. I'm just worried that their not growing as fast as what other people say they should be. Nevertheless, I still love them all!

  • @wBundlesofJoyw Guppies only have to mate once, the males can be removed and the females can continue to have fry as they are able to store the sperm. You can usually tell that they are pregnant if there is a dark/black spot behind their stomach (:

  • looks like my guppy!

  • oh look! platy fries

  • Are those babies on the floor dead? BTW They are so cute! :)

  • I wonder if the mother is actually pushing or if the babies just wiggle their way out. O_o

  • guppys are actually minnows from europe

  • why do we have to seperate the pregant guppies from the others?

  • @TheRobloxPlaya101 Because the others will eat the babies.

  • @TheRobloxPlaya101 Because if u keep the pregnant guppy with the other theres a chance she might give birth and if she does the other guppys (and fish) will just eat all of the fry :/

  • Awwww. How adorable is that! My female fancy guppy is trying to drop some more fry. Right now she only dropped one which sucks. And how long does it take for a guppy to drop all her babies?

  • she is big how old are the other fry in the net

  • Hey Dude so i can put my Guppy in the Jbl Nbox ? to get the fry but why yours dont eat the fry ?

  • @spongeex I always feed before they give birth so they are not hungry - it seems to work!

  • @IphoneFlaw ome but im scared i have 6 Fry in the breeding net if i put the female in it she will eat it ?

  • @IphoneFlaw What do you feed them?

  • she is big!

  • My guppy seems to be pregnant for years!! No im kidding but her stomach is huge but her little black spot isnt... I thought she was giving birth earlier, but it was a crap -.-

  • @yorkiesrule2010 omg me too but she hasnt crapped yet. XD
