The daughter you are refferring to in the video was actually Omer Bhatti who is rumored to be his real son and Blanket's possible brother...so that was a boy (Omer) holding Paris as an infant.  Omer was said to always be around but I think he is still denying he could be MJ's real son or blanket's brother.
