Speed increases the mass of your punch, and if you know this guy, he's jacked, he has alot of muscle mass on his body, therefor, he can punch really fuckin hard. he's probably around 170 or 180, if he followed through with any of those punches, it would cause some serious damage.

Super Fast! 2 Punches - .5 seconds! --> COPY THIS TO YOUTUBE. He punches 2 punches in the first "karate punch demonstration". Then he shows the JKD punch that has been SLOWED DOWN. And in that punch LOOK at his LEFT leg and might understand what im talking about how the left leg is like a bow etc.
He "stomps" to get that power that brings that "insane" speed (im actually faster. But i know im not more powerful yet.). All that speed comes from the legs. He brings all the enrgy down and then up with the lighting fast bodymotion. His left leg is like a bow that shoots his whole body and finally the fist against the target.
mm.. he does that because it's part of the Bruce Lee style. It's a main factor in a really powerful punch. The whole body is only on one leg which means that it is unbalanced which causes the weight to lean in the direction of the punch. This movement of weight added to the initial force of just extending your arm that quickly makes the punch more forceful. If he's doing it right, he lands his foot after he makes contact with the punch.
Hmmm i hope you know what June kune do is, and also the act of stomping is a way of just transferring momentum, so he could be doing that to throw a punch harder.

I'm guessing I've got negatives because people don't like what I say. They can give me negatives if they want, but it won't change the fact that what I'm saying is right though. If he was anything special, he'd have been getting loads of television appearances now. I've seen some grand masters training, and this guy wouldn't look so amazing if he was up against them. So go ahead people, give me all the negatives you want, but I like to be critical when needed. I won't be a sheep.

There are over 6 billion people on the planet: maybe he's one of the honorable few who are not so obsessed with the bullshit, hassles, & intense media scrutiny, that what they practice and teach suffers becuase of the distraction. Martial arts are a deeply personal, and honorable tradition not steeped in glorification. He's good, and the message gets out there. Focus on the positive, man.

I'm not saying he's not fast, he is. All I'm saying, is that he's not the new Bruce Lee, that's all. People can be great achievers in sports, however, this doesn't mean to say that they are the next so and so. I'm not meaning to down grade his skill, just don't think he's as fast as Bruce.

Sorry, but he is NOT the new Bruce Lee, as he has to wait gather up the energy to do the next lot. Bruce Lee was a gifted man. There was plenty of people in his day that were likely fast, however, out of all those experienced martial artists, not ONE could beat him. Can the same be said for this fella? Bruce started getting recognised not long after he started teaching students, yet, I've never even heard, or, seen this fella. I'm sorry, but, even though I think he's fast, he's not special.

He "stomps" to get that power that brings that "insane" speed (im actually faster. But i know im not more powerful yet.). All that speed comes from the legs. He brings all the enrgy down and then up with the lighting fast bodymotion. His left leg is like a bow that shoots his whole body and finally the fist against the target.

mm.. he does that because it's part of the Bruce Lee style. It's a main factor in a really powerful punch. The whole body is only on one leg which means that it is unbalanced which causes the weight to lean in the direction of the punch. This movement of weight added to the initial force of just extending your arm that quickly makes the punch more forceful. If he's doing it right, he lands his foot after he makes contact with the punch.

he can't beat bruce lee that is for sure...you can see he has no tecnique...like he just punches all he can. He doesn't keep the distance he just punches like hell...that is like a guy with adhd. And a fighter with control would kick his ass easily. Btw he looks like some russian crazy guy :p
