The problem was with the ramp agent, he didnt guide the plane in properly, plus he wasnt using his hands signals to let the pilot know, NOT to move the plane. When u see him walking back towards the aircraft, THAT'S whan he FUCKED up!! He's supposed to stay in visual contact with the pilot, untill the nose gear has been disconnected from his power, then the agent signals the pilot to power down the aircraft, then it is safe for him to move from pilot's view.
yup, that's what the brakes off signal is for.
