Well an update technecly will ot help your 360. Maybe the new 360s released in the stores but an update over the internet will not fix rrod on already made 360s. Its a problem with how its built not what the computer chips do. lol

Also its alot quieter cuz the disk isnt moving. Id say its as quiet as a ps3. i would also kno because. every single one of my friends has one. and it pisses me off cuz i dont got anyone to play with online. hope this clarifys.
