One or two years from now, these boots will be worth half the cost we pay for it now. I always tell the kids to invest in the time practicing their skills and if they want top of the line boots, get those from one or two seasons ago. Many great skills were demonstrated and goals were scored wearing middle of the line boots. If those boots were so magical, how come we still witness so many beautiful goals from decades ago when players wore nothing but the basics?

i got da 'Total 90 Laser' boot and im contemplating on whether or nor i shoulda got da plain old normal 'Mercurial Vapor 4'but then it accured to me, a boot is a boot, wat really counts is what you do with them... somone like Ronaldinho could wear any old boot and he would play any worse, but its the promotion that make you think you need really fancy boots, im not saying its bad to get good boots, but dont worry, your still prob gonna play the same...

I've bought a new set of Vapors every year since Nike released the model, and I just love the shoes. I haven't used MV VI in a game yet, only in training, but so far they've been outstanding. But I have to admit, I don't really feel the big difference between MV III and MV IV.

first of all, these are some sick ass boots. second, they are limited edition but 400 boots are being made, not 200 or 2000. and third of all the release date for THESE boots (i.e the sl CARBON, not the sl orange peel, or merc vap. IV) is may 19. but yes they do cost 400 euros, or £250. in my opionion its not worth it, there just tryin to rip of guys with high susceptibility to advertising. BUT I STILL WANT THEM!! lol.
