The only thing I wish this game had was alternate portraits of the classes, like Etrian Odyssey has 2 women, 2 men portraits. Here your stuck with just one. Otherwise I hear this is a Wizardry 7 clone? Might and Magic 7 clone... one of the two. :3

It looks pretty cool. Like the description says, it's definitely not for everyone. It's got more of an old school exploration free-form look to it, and kids raised on flashy RPGs like Final Fantasy 7 aren't going to give this a second thought.

Note to any fanboys reading this: Before you nerd rage, I'm not saying FF7 is bad. It's one of my all-time favorite games. It's just that it really simplified RPGs and changed what people look for in them.

this started to look like an amazing RPG,then...the battle system came..and oh gawd the dungeon..!!

Now, games combine graphics, storytelling and gameplay all in one and I think they do a great job. Old school games can't compare to their evolved forms.

This game is based on a really old game for MSDOS that essentially had the exact same formula except with DND aesthetics.
