  • the cokes from europe use real sugar right?

  • happy 125 birthday

  • i live right next to it and i go there a lot lol

  • That black lady is probably one of my favorite people alive right now....

  • hey can some one tell me what the video was called again i forgot and i want to watch it again :)

  • its cool there :D

  • Read "The Coke Machine" by Michael Blanding, who blows the lid off this company's lies.

  • the old world of coke is way better

  • @FRANCIS51680 The new one looks like a serious step backward.

  • @EmperorofCartoons Yeah but we can never really replace the original

  • What song is that in the beginning?

  • Hey thanks I am taking a tripwith my sister who lives there BTW and my mom this helps so much by leting us know what to expect. Thanks again!

  • We went when it was the old building. Like it is in Midnight Club 3.

  • i been to the coca-cola museum 1 or 2 years ago it is awsome i went on vacation from biloxi, mississippi to atlanta, georgia and thats one of the places i went to

  • fanta exotic lmao

  • i wanna go there

  • i went ther 2 day!!!!!!!!!!

  • im going there tomorrow

  • I loved this video untill the end, That was Dr Styth Pemberton you were standing with, He invented Coca Cola, not Robert Woodrofe.

  • secrect formula

    heres somethimg i know

if you could see how much is in the coke and make it just perfect, you could put the coke company out of business

  • this is not real thing. the real thing used cane sugar not corn syrup?

  • You can still get it that way in Mexico.

  • @backupboy777 Be sure to stock up with coke during the Jewish holiday of Passover. Corn products are not consumed, so most sugared sodas use cane sugar during this period. If the label says "kosher for Passover", it will be sweetened with sugar!

  • They must've tooken out the fountain that shoots a stream in the air to the next machine.

  • When I used to live in Ga like back in 1990. my school had a field trip to that museum, I enjoyed it what fond memories.

  • lol i went there this year and last year

  • i went there abut 4 weeks ago

  • i hated brazilian fanta it was nasty but i loved the african ginger ale

  • i wanna go so bad i have so many collectors items even a bottle of the old recipe of coca-cola

  • with cocain in it?

  • I had sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much fun, and I love coca-cola. The best parts were the different coke products from around the world and the 4-d Theater. Try the Beverly ; a eouropian coke product.

  • Atlanta streets dead empty, rumored to be in coca-cola factory. Past branded memorabilia, sculptured bottles, polar bear amok, Santa in pool of blood, fizzing chambers monsters drinking orgy, suckled mechanized teats releasing carbonated syrup. In taste it section sparkling soft drink with vegetable extracts and sweeteners dispensed into cups, zombies content, team recorded, repeated "I ignore you," world of coke burnished with love soothed, benevolence bubbled from stomachs, sufferers cured.

  • All the cool tourist attractions are in America, all we have in Scotland is the Loch Ness monster =(

  • thats John Pemberton at the end.

he invented coke as a pain reliever.

then Asa Candler bought the formula from him for $2,300. Then in later years the coke company was experiencing financial difficulty, so woodruff was elected president of the coke company. so yeah, woodruff din't invent coke.

  • i'm going tomorrow! can't wait!!!! just cause of this video i'm suscribing!

  • my favorite was the taiwanese sour apple

  • my favorite was Bibo

  • Which one? There were 2 Bibo.

Candy Pine-nut and DJ Kiwi Mango.

I remember the Candy Pine-nut. It tasted like you are drinking candy. I liked it. It seemed like some people liked it, and others hated it.

Candy Pine-nut was good, but you can only drink so much of it before getting sick of it.

On the same fountain (The Africa fountain) as Bibo, was also Sunfill Menthe. Menthe was my favorite. It was good, while not too being too sweet. You could drink it longer without getting tired of it.

  • i just went today lol XD

  • Nice video!

    Drink COKE

  • My favorite soda was Hong Kong's Black Current

  • I love coca cola

  • i am thirsty

  • @poohlova15 that one isn't bad until the after taste

  • when i went there they had more stuff in that first room

  • cool! I just went with my daughters 6th grade class. the 4-D movie was best. I kind of dig the old museum better near underground. mabe cause i did contract work in there?

  • This is soo awesome!! Me and mt BFF Halli are going on a school trip 2 Atlanta!! Were going here 2!! Soo excited!!

  • I went in July 2007. I loved almost all of the African cokes. They were so sweet and what a buzz. I could bearly walk through the store after that.

  • Yea I love the tasting part of the tour! Thanks for watching. -Jim

  • I've been there too.. did you try the beverly?

  • I tried them all, but don't remember now much about which was which. I do remember liking the Inca Cola and that there was one British drink that was really gross.

  • omg it was the first thing i tried i hate my self for that

  • hahaha.. it's being over 7 months and i'm not still over it!

  • Awsome Video untill the end, you made me upset, Robert Woodruff did not invent or make Coca~Cola it was Dr Styth Pemerton on 8th May 1886.

  • Well I stand corrected. Thanks for letting us know about Dr. Pemerton. -Jim

  • Thats Ok, I am a Collector from Melbourne Australia, One day I hope to come and see The New World of Coca~Cola

  • I went there on June 23, 2007 and it was awsome. I liked the 3-D film room and the taste room was my favorite part. Oh, did you drink the Beverly?

  • Those were my two favorite things also! I don't remember which the Beverly was but I think I tried them all, from the nasty to the tasty. LOL Thanks for watching and commenting. -Jim

  • I went with my husband in Nov. It was my first time there. He'd been going since he was little and he kind of missed the old world but we had a blast

  • Me too! Thanks for watching. -Jim

  • i went here two days ago with my friend it was awsome

  • Hey Austin. It is a pretty awesome place! Thanks for watching. -Jim

  • Hey Jim I just seen this I drove my mobile all around it but didn't get to go in...So nice to see. Sharon!

  • Hey Sharon. It's a pretty neat museum. Next time you'll have to go inside. Have a great weekend! -Jim

  • Wow! That light show was quite a finale to the initial tour! That was fun to see. And free samples as well! LOL, I'm typing as I watch. I see what you mean about people's reaction to being on YouTube. LOL

  • Hey Marc. Yea, the tasting room is the best part. One really neat thing I couldn't film was the 3D motion theater with moving seats, rain and wind. Thanks for watching my friend. -jim

  • Yum - always loved the Coca Cola jingles! Great tour - love it!!

  • Thanks for taking the tour with me. The Coca-Cola jingles are great aren't they? Take care. -jim

  • Peaches it's worth the trip just to get in the tasting room. Thanks for watching. -jim

  • I would like to see that while I am there, if I get to go.

  • That would be a great tour along with the new Georgia Aquarium and you can tour CNN all in the same area. -jim

  • Thank you for telling.

  • aww no Oompah Loompa's lol

  • They were helping the squirrels with their nuts! LOL -jim

  • Love those free samples toward the end there - but I had no idea Fanta was one of theirs.

And FINALLY you encounter someone who's heard of YouTube! It's about time, LOL!

  • LOL Curt thanks for following my quest to find someone down south who knows what the heck YouTube is! Finally, a young person with an internet connection but she's embarrassed! Now the quest is to find a stranger who knows one of us on YouTube, maybe even Curt344. LOL Thanks for watching. -jim

  • Well if they scream, faint, or run in the opposite direction after you bring it up, you'll know they've seen my channel.

    ;-)~

  • What a great video. I've been collecting coke items for some time. I'll have to work in a road trip and ck that out. Take care :)

  • Maybe you can come to the South Tube Southern Gathering in Atlanta on Sept 22 and 23. See BillBigUn64's video announcement that he posted tonight. Take care. -jim

  • Come to Canada Jim...we have the real thing!!

    Great video..much enjoyed.

    Hugs~Nancy

  • Nancy I drink the "FAKE Real Thing" Coca-Cola Zero. Thanks for watching dear. -jim

  • Hey Jim! Hubby just got that recently and said he can't tell the difference!

  • Yea, it's pretty good! -jim

  • just imagine the car ride home with kids after they have had all that caffeine and sugar, they would be more hyper than the tour guide!

  • Oh no, that would not be a fun ride! Thanks for watching Coca-Cola get me and all those children wired up! LOL -jim

  • New Coke was a joke, if I want to drink Pepsi, I get Pepsi. The problem is the Coke Classic isn't the same as old Coke. REAL Coke is made with cane sugar and you can't get it most places in the US :( All we can get is the stuff with high fructose corn syrup and it isn't anywhere near the same as before. I was a totally happy camper when I found the real thing in Newfoundland Canada.

  • I almost jettisoned all my clothes to make room for it, but I didn't think I could get it thru airport security :D

  • That's pretty funny Jean! -jim

  • I agree Jean. Recently I read that you can find the real stuff with sugar can at some Hispanic food stores. Apparently, they still use the sugar cane in South America to make Coca-Cola. -jim

  • Atlanta is quite a place...very beautiful !!! Love the glasses!!!! That place would be amazing to visit..will for sure put it on my list...thanks Jim once again.

  • Yes we need a Sanwings visit! Thanks for taking the tour with me dear. Have a great day. -jim

  • I'm a diet Pepsi drinker but I have tasted Coke zero..it's pretty good too.

What a huge building for a Coke Museum..wow. Nice tour; enjoyed watching

  • Hi Bea. Drinking Coca-Cola products is almost a requirement in Atlanta. Their world headquarters is here and the founder was from Atlanta. Thanks for taking the tour with me dear. Have a great day. -jim

  • Love the tour, especially the old photos and the car. The tour guide is cool too.

    Boy is she excited!

    Moomay

  • Good morning Moomay. That guide was really into her job! Thanks for taking the tour with me. I thought that old delivery vehicle was pretty neat also. They actually built the museum around the car! Take care. -jim

  • kewl tour Jim.. thanks for taking us along!!

  • Hi Dianne. Thanks for taking the tour with me! -jim

  • That tour was fun, Jim! Do you think they invented the *new coke* thing as an advertising ploy? Pretty clever if so. I loved that tour guide's voice! Where are you taking us next? -cindy

  • Good morning Cindy! I loved the tour guide also but a few of the comments indicate she was irritating some with that voice. To me just says "Atlanta" and "Deep South." As for New Coke. I think it was a horrible marketing blunder because everyone stopped drinking Coke until they rushed out Coca-Cola Classic. I'm about to run out of places to go Cindy. LOL Thanks for watching. -jim

  • How about Savannah where they made Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, Jim AND you can meet Paula Deen! Or you haven't been to Mt. Suwanee :OD..

  • You'll have to go with me to interview Paula Deen! Hey Ya'll!

  • ;OD

  • Wow, that guide needs to cut her caffeine intake in half!..hehehe It really is incredible though how long that company has been around and what an icon it has been of our lifetimes and the lifetimes of our parents and grandparents! That taste thing looked like fun.

  • Hey Mic. The taste thing is why we all go. They tailor make flavors for different world markets and it's lots of fun to try them all. Some are great and some just taste horrible to Americans. The Coca-Cola story really is interesting. Thanks for taking the tour with us. -jim

  • AMAZING vid Jim! - That tour guide's excitement had me in fits of laughter - I thought she'd won the lottery at first. Thanx for showing the Andy Warhol work and yes, I reckon hmarty should get the job as the Polar bear. Btw, didn't Joan Crawford have something to do with C-C or was that Pepsi???

  • Hi BeardyRebel. That tour guide was having lots of fun. She makes me think Atlanta and Deep South. The Andy Warhol exhibit was a nice surprise that I didn't expect to find. I think hmarty was downright excited about being a polar bear. LOL I'll have to look that up about Joan Crawford. I'm not sure. Thanks for watching. -jim

  • That was Awesome Jim:):)

  • Hey there Ben. Thanks for taking the tour with us. It was pretty cool getting to try all those flavors from all over the world. Take care buddy. -jim

  • Totally cool Jim.... So much to see and so little time... it didn't seem like the video was 9 minutes..

I love these tours ...thanks for taking us along again!

    ~Martha

  • Hey Martha. Yikes, 9 minutes. I usually don't have the patience for long videos but it's just so hard cram so much stuff into so few minutes. LOL Thanks so much for taking another tour with me. One of these days you need to take the real tour because it is much better than I can betray here on video. Take care dear. -jim

  • Just so you know .. I wasn't complaining about the 9 minutes.. the video didn't seem that long ... I looked up and noticed it.. and then I watched it again.. thinking I must have missed something .. it still didn't seem that long. You are an awesome tour guide, a natural!

  • Oh I know that. I'm the one always complaining about long videos but I'm the worst offender. LOL -jim

  • I use Coca Cola to clean rust off old horseshoes and stains out of the toilet. Apparently you guys drink it!! Good tour though.

  • LMAO ...you're right Brian it will do those things along with rotting my gut! Thanks for taking the tour buddy. -jim

  • I so wanna have sex with the tour guide. LOL

  • Justin you talking about the lady at the beginning wishing us all a peachy day? Careful what ya wish for. It could be arranged if you agree to drink enough Coca-Cola products. LOL -jim

  • They still make New Coke. They wrap it in a Pepsi label and sell it as Pepsi (if I remember right that's what it tasted like).

Did I miss something...I thought you were getting rid of the goatee? (didn't say you SHOULD) -Jim

  • Hey Jim. It comes and goes, the goatee that is. LOL Yep, the New Coke tasted just like Pepsi to me also. Thanks for stopping by buddy. -jim

  • I've been there..LOL

  • Hey Glenna. The new museum is pretty cool isn't it. Thanks for watching. -jim

  • That artwork was pretty cool! Don't suppose they showed you how much sugar they dumped in one of those batches? LOL Thanks for another neat tour, Jim. Vicky

  • No, they kept that secret Vicky! LOL I stick to the Coke ZERO usually, no sugar. Thanks for taking the tour with me. -jim

  • we were just talking about the world of coke today wondering what the new one was like. now I know. Thanks Jim!

  • Dianna it is so much better than the video shows. They have a 3D theater with moving chairs, wind, rain etc. ...really cool. You'll have to make a trip over to see it. Thanks for watching dear. -jim

  • Jim, Thanks for posting this video. REALLY NICE. And yes, I am very excited about seeing the Warhol works very soon. I live about 45 minutes from the museum. I loved the old one. Looking forward to seeing the new one. Have a great week...

  • I liked the old one but the new one is really great! You'll have to make a trip down this way one of these days. You have a great week yourself. -jim

  • Aside from coffee..Coke is, hands down, my favorite drink. We never run out of coke at my house. Like someone else mentioned in the comments..I too visited the "old" Coca-Cola museum several years ago. Atlanta is only about 2 hours from here..so we really need to make another trip down there and see what has changed. Oh, and I remember the "new" Coke..it was quite possibly the worst marketing product mistake in history..you shouldn't mess with a good thing ;) Thanks for taking us along, Jim!

  • Hey Doug. Yea, it would be a great family outing for you. The new Georgia Aquarium is right next door along with CNN and everything else. I just picked up a bottle of diet coke a few minutes ago. It's my morning wake up drink. Thanks for watching buddy. -jim

  • I want to wear the Polar Bear Suit! Great video!

  • Careful what you wish for Marty! LMAO -jim

  • I'm serious, I've worn those costumes before it is so much fun! :)

  • Actually I'll bet it is fun to do that. Hot, but fun!

  • Depends on what time of year it is. It was in a convention hall the first time and I could walk around will all these ppl and they didn't know if it was a man or woman and I was smacking everbody on the butt! HA HA HA They loved it!

  • I can believe that! HA HA HA

  • And why not? :)))

  • It's awesome............

  • Not as awesome as you Granny! :)

  • Hey there TubeGranny. Have you been? They have a 3D Theater with moving chairs, rain and wind that's pretty cool. Good to see granny keeping up with little ole country! lol -jim

  • That was cool!I didn't know that they had that down there. We love Coke products.I am a Coke Zero fan too.I can't drink pop with all the sugar,it makes me sick.Looks like you had fun.:)

  • Hey Jamie. Coke Zero rawks! Yea, Atlanta is the world headquarters for Coca-Cola and the founder was from Atlanta. If you're ever down this way it's a must see. -jim

  • Another fun field trip. The polar bear was cool. I remember neighbors stockpiling the old Coke when the new Coke was announced. The tasting center looked interesting. But I heard some kid say, "I need to get that taste out of my mouth." Are these experiments? I liked the reaction of the girl at the end when you mentioned YT. Thanks, Jim, for a great time. Things go better with Coke! (I'm drinking a Coke Zero at the moment.)

  • Hey Mark. I'm a Coke Zero drinker myself. The tasting room is fun because they have actual flavors from all over the world, many of which are not sold in the US. Some of them are bitter and or very unusual. They just love to get people to taste that bitter one. Thanks for watching Mark. -jim

  • If I would have been very smart as a young person, I would have bought stock. I keep this company alive, lol! I also have a niece who works for Coke in Atlanta. Do you think I get any discounts? Not a chance...but Coke treats their employees VERY well!

  • Yes, if only you had bought that stock Sheryle. I walked past the Apple store at the mall a few years ago and saw people lined up to buy iPods and thought I should buy that stock. I didn't and the stock has doubled three times since. So, if only... LOL -jim

  • ohhhh that place looks soooo cool!!! Finally a person out there who knew what YouTube was! LOL LOL neat video Jim! :)

  • It was cool Ruthe. Hey you made it to the end also! LOL thanks for watching dear. -jim

  • Awesome! I went to the "old" one I guess when I went to Atlanta about 8 years ago. Oh, that lady at the beginning I would have slapped. Hard. You know she hates her job hahaha

  • She was fired up Beth! Yea, this is the new one. I went to the old one lots of times but they moved over near CNN, Centennial Olympic Park and the new Georgia Aquarium. Thanks for watching. -jim

  • This new one looks like it's at least 2-3x larger, with neater stuff too! I was expecting a new meet up as well. But loved that someone FINALLY knew what YT was!!

  • Ah you made it to the end! LOL It had a couple of cool things I couldn't film. There is a 3-D theater with moving seats, wind, rain, etc... really cool theater.

  • Oh yes, I always make it to the end. I just had to start off with the comment about the overzealous tour guide/speaker person. I don't know that I would have been able to stay for her entire presentation ;)
