i always thought this movie was excellent ; simple screen play, script and charismatic actors BUT then i happened to come across the USA 1936 movie 'it happened one night' starring my fave actor clark gable and guess what !!!!! scene per scene 'chori chori' has been copied from that hollywood movie. it made me chuckle lol :-D

Rakha, Rajesh khana, Ameethab. I remeber the movie that I watched in old gold Afghanistan in circular hall in 1970, " Shermeeli".
