Hi hun, your work is amazing :)

The poles ive seen range from 45mm (1.75") to 50mm (1.96")

i am very petite with small hands but i dont want to learn and practise on a pole that is too small or im afraid i will struggle on a pole that may be too big when i need to work in a club??? Or isnt there much difference in the two sizes??

Also i was thinking of lifting some weights on a daily basis to help strengthen my arm muscles before i buy the pole, do you think this will help?xx

@Leilagirrrl Let me know if you find out anything about the bruises b/c Im pretty new too and have massive bruises and have found that if you apply ice asap it's a miricle worker plus they sell arnia gel at Walgreens for ten bucks, I ice then gel- I wonder if your skin toughens or if you just get better and stop bumping and rubbing

@2muchbootynpants1 What happens is after a while you get callous underneath your skin. it's a natural defense system of your body. you won't actually see it, but your will notice it won't hurt as much and you won't bruise that easily anymore ^^

@MzSandybell512 Thankyou. Before u invest in a pole do some classes first to see if u like it. As for being or not being good, that doesn't matter. With practice anyone can get good. So, the only thing u need to determine is if u like it enough to commit to it before u buy a pole.
