@daengpengu Probably 'cause Phineas and Ferb would video tape him, post it on the internet, and the whole world will see a platypus in action, and want to get his autograph, AND NEVER LEAVE HIM ALONE. I don't think Perry will want that. Besides, their mom will freak out to see that their pet fights crime and she won't want him in the house anymore (she'll think Candace wanted to tell her that P&F gave Perry human powers and believe her about everything they've done over summer).
