Not nearly as good as Blessed Are The Sick or anything, not completely hating because they are good musicians, I mean this song has good sequences but it's more of an everyday metal band you hear on the radio. When I read the early reviews I really thought that Morbid Angel had gone the way of Judas Priest ala Turbo Lover...thought it would be a lot worse and the music in this song is allright, but the song titles are just dumb and overall the album is mediocre when compared to previous efforts...hope they do better the next time...and please bring Pete back!!!

Albums A through H were great. I even like Heretic, despite it being less intense and a lot muddier than the previous releases. But everything I've heard from Illud Divinum Insanus has been absolute garbage. It's Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson's worst qualities, with remnants of Morbid's traditional sound thrown in. Truly laughable.

Check out the band called "Mithras". Their "Behind The Shadows Lie Madness" album has just the right amount of brutality, technicality, melody and progressive passages... They have Morbid Angelish vibe going on, but sound way better than the nowadays MA does. Give them a chance, you won't regret it.

I've never heard Morbid Angle before Metal Hammer Festival in Poland. I was very surprised, because I associated their style and image with, I don't know, Burzum, Mayhem or Behemoth.
