hey faggot, your left hand technique reminds me of when i didn't know how to jack off right. actually mine was never that bad, my strokes were better. ok rotate your hand so the palm doesn't face straight up anymore. thats wrong. the back of your hand should be perpendicular with the floor. and one more thing, you look like you're trying to stick you're dick in the air hole of your snare. raise the throne up to where your legs are parallel with the top if the snare. so fix this shit. AN GET GOOD
How do you like the acrylic snare? I was thinking of buying one from OCDP but some people say they sound like shit. It sounds pretty good on this video, but it is Youtube, thats why i want your personal opinion.
personally, i think they are okay.... it is your personal preference. i love arcyllic drums but don't like snares, i think they sound almost like a "plasticy" maple snare. they are a little too dead for me, because i like the brightness of a steel/brass snare. I would just buy the drums and use a steel or wood snare like what john bonham did. it is a great combination.
Good job dude. good demo of different beats youve mastered. and i mean MASTERED. are you using a double bass? and could you tell me about your setup(especially the heads as i need new ones) ...brands etc
ive been looking all over youtube for a good video of the pork pie acrylic snare.. and there is NONE.. so finally out of desperation i just type in acrylic snare and this is the first video..
please put PORK PIE ACRYLIC SNARE in your tags!! AHHHH
speaking of which, i know now that i'm buying that snare :P
do you know holding your sticks like that uses only 2 ligaments in your wrist wich is more likely to get hurt, tha match grip, wich uses 10 ligaments.
Thanks for the advice. To answer your question my influences are really just anybody who can play drums but some of my favorites are Pat Patrillo,Jojo Mayer,Tony Royster jr. and Neil Peart
for the bass drum i reccomend a new powersonic by remo and the snare sounds great the best for acryllic are CS Batter Black Dot (remo)white coated on top and a hazy Ambassador on the bottom
reason i sauy this is because i'm alwasy looking fort he best sound for my new drums everyday jsut helping out a bit ACCRYLIC RULES ! the solo was good who are your influences?
I love the snare, but cymbals don;t sound very good to me. The crashes have way to small of a sustain and have a really gongy sound. Love the solo though dude, good rhythm.
if your going to play the highhat with your foot try to make sure that you play it while your doing fills aswell

Hey good work but try to put some more active drum fills in there. Try to get more variations but other than that it is good. :)
