The reason she doesn't notice the fact that he isn't bleeding is because shes starting to fall for him, she cares for him so much that it's clouding everything from her mind except that the one man she really is starting to care for other than professionally has just been shot, she can't think of anything else

Well...I know that Clark is Superman...but noone notice that he was not bleeding??? You said that Lois wouldn't notice because the only thing that she was thinking is that Clark is dead!!! I disagree. The first thing you should do when someone is been shot is to find the wound and press it!!!! It's a reflection I think!
