All species are what you would call "hybrids" although that's your word not mine. We have similar DNA to chimps because we share a common ancestor. Human and chimp DNA has not gone unchanged, no DNA does. DNA is not based off of common environment it is passed down through common ancestry.

In fact, CO2 levels have been ten times as high as they are now (the current level being ~0.03%) and in the times CO2 levels were higher, the earth was greener. Why? CO2 is ESSENTIAL to all plant life and many oceanic species as well!

So you're wrong there. Second, there are many things that cause climate change, not just carbon dioxide. I'm sure you've never heard of fluorocarbons, which even your House passed a bill to reduce. Third, Savage is a BOTANIST, not an environmental scientist, so he's NOT fit to educate others on climate change.

In the research stratagem, all you have to do is come up with an idea that "needs" to be researched, and then convince some individual or entity with the resources to fund your research. You plod along, occasionally publishing a paper or two about your research and how you're--always--just on the verge of making an important discovery, but you just need a little more funding to continue. You promise that "new and exciting avenues" have been openend for further research.

And while science more often than not turns up correct answers, you can't ignore the fact that there is a lot of politics at work here, not to mention the potential for VAST financial gain. Who's to say that scientists won't skew the data in favor of a position that will bring them millions in research grants? The research stratagem is one of the most effective at gaining money for its adherents, while being the most corrosive for individuals and society.

Scientists know very few things for an ABSOLUTE certainty; science is mostly the best GUESSES based on evidence. We all know evidence can be tampered with, or can be misinterpreted; so who's to say that the "scientists" are interpreting the data in the correct context? Surely you've heard of the 2 yr old sapling that was radiocarbon dated at 12,000 years old; how can you be so certain that these ice cores are being read correctly?

I'm guessing by your comment that you've never studied biology or evolution. It's okay. I won't hold your ignorance against you. However if you wish to engage in an adult conversation about this I'd ask that you at least get a basic high school level understanding of evolution. Then we can begin to examine the literally hundreds of thousands of peer reviewed papers that support evolution. Or we can discuss the fossil and genetic evidence for change in species or as you say "hybrids."

All species are what you would call "hybrids" although that's your word not mine. We have similar DNA to chimps because we share a common ancestor. Human and chimp DNA has not gone unchanged, no DNA does. DNA is not based off of common environment it is passed down through common ancestry.
We don't have "fused chimp DNA." Humans 2nd chromosome is a fusion of two chromosomes found in other modern primates. You have A LOT to learn!

Alright i'll level with you since you only have a high school level education. Where are all the hybrids between classes? For example; lizards with wings. Some of the sun rays are absorbed by the surface and re-emitted in the infra red range. Greenhouse gases reabsorb the IR causing an increase in temperature, which is transmitted to non-greenhouse gases and back to the surface, causing an increase in temperature.

azadiirin, is fire man made? Is natural ice, man made? Volcano's, icebergs sulfur fountains? I would think that natural changes have more to do with global warming than man made gasses. All technologies invented by man are designed for a better living. What would you suggest, going back to our cave dwelling days? All those that complain should start by turning off their comforts at home. Gas,electricity,phones and all modern tech off. Importantly, global warming has'nt been proven.

In fact, CO2 levels have been ten times as high as they are now (the current level being ~0.03%) and in the times CO2 levels were higher, the earth was greener. Why?
