  • Hey Dave, Great video and good looking steaks but were's your vegetables?? Got to eat healthy if you want to truck around the outdoors! (ha,ha) Keep up the good work love your video's. Where are you located?

  • You owe me a bottle of Windex. I think I licked the coating off of my monitor. That looks outstanding!

  • nice video Dave. Whats up with the truck and boat?

  • @bigbosh2000 boat is about done just need to finish the seats and boat motor and clean it up. the truck is just being started on.

hunt hard, hunt safe, eat well.

  • Good on you mate,Enjoy that venison.

  • wow man i like yr vids and i am gonna try this tooo with jack daniels i think .....jacks good for cooking

  • Do you suggest makers mark, or do you have a specific preference for the bourbon?

  • makers mark has a slight nutty flavor after it burns off, but any bourbon of your choice.

hunt hard, hunt safe, eat well.

  • You don't know how hungry this makes me. It looks delicious. I know that I am going to try it soon.

  • I know some people like steaks with just salt and a bit of pepper but making a truly flavor packed steak is a great way to mix things up. Not only that... if one wants to introduce family members to venison or wild game meats of any sort, adding a lot of seasoning might be a smart way to hide some of the "gaminess" of the meat that some people might not prefer... Thanks for the cool recipe!

  • another great video!your marinade is better than mine.i think i will add a teaspoon of garlic when i make your marinade, and probably use a cheaper bourbon when i set it on fire.if i'm lucky enough to have makers mark,i usually consume it quickly.good luck this hunting season, and please keep the game and fish recipes coming.
