The kwik rink company charges 8.75 per square foot.I don't know about other companies pricing,but based on kwik rink pricing I'm guessing $4,000 minimum or up to $7,000.Hard to say since the size of the ring is hard to determine from the video.

whats the sheet on the floor like where ur shooting...what is that stuff?

This is a sheet of synthetic ice... the pucks slide like they are on ice. The blue box is like a rebounder that makes the pucks return.

It's called a Tape2Tape and makes it possible to shoot while the pucks are moving.
