You believe in the Torah and even being the "protectors" but muslims do not obey the torah. koran teaches things which is the total opposite of the Torah. Yah is sufficient. He doesn't need 3 tries to reveal His Word. He did it once in giving the Torah to Moshe. He never gave another word to the "christians" nor to muslims. You hold on to the last "message" while the Yisraelites, the people of the book hold on to the first.

You may reject the koran..but funny you ware the facevail yet you adorne it and wear your earings outside your facevail. When your aren't to make it a fashon. And modesty is very important. The koran is just the confermation of the bible. I don[t understand the problem. Tells the same stories just more detail.

justbroadway, I have a problem with understanding why you stated the koran is confirmation of the bible. If it is confirmation of the bible why does it exist? Are we not supposed to add to or take away from the bible? The Koran being in existence is contradictory in itself. Can you clear that up for me? Do you disregard that portion of scripture?

elevatedspirit7 , I used the wrong word its just a continuation of the bible each prophet comes with a book from Adam to Muhammad. Did Jesus not say he had to go so that the comforter could come. Jesus came for the house of Isreal and they recieved him not. The prophets are from Adam ,Noah,Abraham,Moses,Jesus,Muhammad. All are worthy of praise non to be praise more then another. And I exvept both the bible and the koran. Both old and new testiments.

the problem with the q'ran is that it states that it is a confirmation of the torah and the gospel that was before it. in other words the q'ran is not authentic. it comes from the mind of one man where the Word of Yah doesn't have a private interpretation. islam is a counterfiet way that tries to mimic the ways of Yah but since it doesn't come from Yah it falls short and whosoever follows it will do the same. praise Yah. he alone is worthy.

We were ordered by our prophet to drees that way, men also have their dress code in islam, not just women! I don'treally care if the sister is intrested in islam or not, its not my loss, beside its hers. Many people tend to cause blasphime against God, just because they don't accept islam, they say Islam is a false religion and that our God is a bad God!!!

It seems as if maybe you should go on a fact finding mission yourself. Are you following the "orders" of a man or a god? Your prophet ordered you to dress that way? This would be the same prophet who gave you your religious doctrine? Are you aware how new your religion is? A religion that is so young would pose some questions for me. My eternity depends on what doctrines I choose to adhere to. I'd do some investigating if I were you. The Quran leaves more questions than answers.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. If I put on a suit and a tie to look like a man does that make me a man? I see ninja's in movies who are covered but does that mean they are Muslim also? Does what you wear on the outside represent who you are on the inside or is it a representation?

I used to be a cristian, but never expected to find out so much that I used to question myself to regards religious matters! I could never find many of the answers that I had when I was a christian! Instaed I found with Islam. Its funny how many people thing that muslims are all terrorist and stuff tho. Islam is truly a way of LIFE!

Yes, I think every religion has it's stereotype. Some people choose to live inside of a box that keeps them from being open to all things foreign to them.I used to be a Christian too. I understand what u mean as far as questions. It sounds as if u r still searching for answers.Perhaps u can be open minded enough to see another way of life. I asked u how much do u really know about the doctrine u follow and why do u follow? Don't u think u owe it to yourself to find out the truth? Is Islam truth?

We muslims cover like that so that we don't expose ourselves too much to the opposite sex where alot temptations can happen. now adays u see how people dress, is just too provocative. u rearely here of muslim women getting raped. No that's no what I meant! To be a muslim u have to belive in the following:
One God
Prophets (and the last one, Prophet Mohamed)
Angels
Day of ressurection
Hell and Paradise
If you think that u believe in the above then u are a muslim, and ofcorse u have to pray five times a day, follow the dress code, and Giving in charity.

Being a muslim also means to believe in a god that isn't the god of creation. The Sister has no interest in being a Muslim just because on the outside she appears to look like the accepted appearance of Muslim women. The practice of covering isn't a Muslim practice in origin, it's a practice that came from Hebrew women that was adopted by Muslim women.
