This is the first five minutes of the videotape, "Amazon Supermodels" #3, put out by Builtmore Productions. The quality of the transfer to this medium leaves something to be desired. And while Suzanne is a great model, we don't get to see the models that come later in the tape (running time 1 hour) except in the opening, where we see Melissa Ford, 6'5".
This looks like it's from the early 90's, but hilariously, it's actually not.
