Two weeks ago, I never heard of Fiona Apple. My fault. Now I listend to her music, watched her videos, videos like this here and beside her intensity and her genius I see a woman, that dramaticly remembers me on Romy Schneider. I can see and hear her pain and so I can not do with her music, what we would call "enjoy". Why must the best suffer this much to bring us this kind of music? "More conventional" would mean - more of this elevator music you see in the charts. You can´t. Even if you want.
