But i guess it depends on where you are as sprinter, if you wan't to build some extra muscle mass and quicken your start, then sure it could be useful. But if you are trying to improve your top end speed, i don't know if I would do it myself

Darrel Brown ran a 10.09 in the 2002 World Juniors(he was 17; Demps is 19), he's definitely not a 9.7 runner. it depends. Dix is on his way, hes 22 and hes already clocked a 9.93 and a 19.69 in the 100 and the 200. Second to Tyson Gay, he probably has the greatest top-end speed in the world...a little start work, and hes already a legitimate 9.8!
