keep it up, i used to be 225 n i went to down to 209, and after that i went down to 190, and after that i went down to and after that i went down to 155, lbs. now im at 167 but is more muscle than fat, and my message to you is Don't ever ever ever ever give up, the feeling to see the old you and the whole new you is Greate. good Job you r doing.

Interesting, do me a fav. Learn to love yourself before you get the WLS, so many people have crashed on the new lifestyle after. If you love yourself and remain true to you then you will be better off.
