  • A couple things I noticed that I think I should point out that could probably be of some help.I noticed one of the guys using the kettle bell was bending at the back instead of squating and swinging from the hips. doing the way he was is completely ineffective and is honestly more likely to hurt the kid than make him stronger.Second thing I noticed was the guy at 2:20 in the video with the arched back. by straightening out he will save himself from back pain and also work his core muscles

  • @gaelslacrosse76 Thanks for the feed back. The purpose of taping their work outs was to show them the form and correct errors. The compilation was just a fun way to keep them motivated.
