@groovaholic23 yeah, my aunt just hit a deer with her brand new honda pilot that she bought fully upgraded and traded in like a car and a van on.....hit 1 deer, totaled it.
I'm proud to have owned my 1999 New Beetle GLS 2.0 (since new, bought it 7/14/1999 at Parr VW/Hyundai in Bremerton, WA) for the past 10 1/2 years.
A TANK....with some serious zip to go with it. I Currently have almost 115,000 miles on it and it's still going strong, but the safety was the main reson that sold me on it (as well as the awe of the New Beetle itself) lead me to get one.
It's no wonder Motor Trend.named it as its 1999 Import Car Of The Year
