Watch the nose angle during the launch run. I see
quite a bit of nose-pop as the run starts, then it
gets pulled down, then comes back up just before
takeoff, then down again. A little slow on the
departure, as is shown by how the glider drops to
gain speed just off launch. Keep it down, run it
out hard.
