This game is to slow on mine to run on the ps2 emulator i brought it for the ps2 anyway great video and great game

Hey everyone, anyone own a gaming laptop? I was looking at Alienware (overpriced DELL) then found powernotebooks (dot) com. click on their gaming laptops. Now based on what adambennett08330 says, i assume that an i7 Extreme+ 1GB Gfx card would get better clock rates than an i5 with 1.5gb Gfx card? If that is so, anyone have any advice on which one to buy? I promise to post some videos once I buy it!

my specs are Phenom II quadcore 905e 2.5 GHz, 4gb RAM, RAdeon 4890 2gb, Win XP.

This games runs at 25-30 fps, (slow motion). I have tried many things (graphics, sound, hacks) but no luck.

Any Ideas pleaze?

Pcsx2 v.9.6 with ZeroGs 0.97.1 plugin.

i think that the rest of the plugins (sound, input, bios, etc, have no impact at framerate. Am i wrong?

gpu power dont matter as emulators require more cpu...im using a nvidia geforce 260m at its lowest clocks and i get same framerates as with maxed clocks..i also use pcsx2 0.9.7 tho and i get same fps playing mka..a hint tho..add this line to your gsdx.ini file and might help a bit more it helped me ;)

then goto gpu plugin settings and set it to 1..it helped me when gow2 was a bit laggy :)

I have pcsx2 too and work perfectly, always at 50 fps. Sometimes i play to MK Armageddon too, awesome game! ;-)

i think if really want it to work you should have atleast 3gb of ram

but other than that youre system is fine

I think that PCSX2 is depending on CPU power. Rather than on RAM or GPU

can you tell me how to get at least a 30-35 fps(plz its really slow mines in working whit 15-19 fps only)

For the user cranberry22, this is not fake at all. It plays like this with vuskip and gsdx, now i got a nvidia card, and it plays even better, fraps makes it slower.

I have no problem to add someone to MSN, i wont post it here myself.

I dont have a ps2 btw so, will be difficult to make some fake (stupidity btw) recording from it.
