It's beyond restoration. All the new owner can do is re-cycle the engine & chassis numbers. Thereafter, register it as a "restored" vehicle & sell it at a profit. The vehicle was dumped into the lake after it caught fire. The previous owner didn't think it could be saved...
Ouch. Half of the car was buried in silt, which decomposed that half. But to be honest, it's in really good condition for a metallic object that spent so long underwater. You can still see some of the blue paint, the grille is almost perfectly intact and the headlights still have some chrome on them. The previous owner must have really been desperate to dump it in the lake so it couldn't be found by the authorities. :'(

You people are really sick & sad. getting so excited about a 100kg of scrap metal and then even auctioning it! you life must be miserably boring and hopelessly void of any real-life problems and purpose ....
in the 1920's a trader has imported 3 of theese beauties into switzerland. 2 of the cars got to their new owners but the last owner disappeared. the car, (an T22 Brescia Modifiée) had a high import tax wich the trader never paid. After many years of waiting, the goverment decided to take and throw it into the lake of Maggiore in 1937.
Comment la voiture est-elle entrée dans l'eau? Qui l'a retrouvée? Pourquoi n'a-t-elle pas été repêchée plus tôt? Je serais, comme tout le monde, ravi d'informations supplémentaires....
How did the car get into the water? Who found her? Why hasn't she been recoverend much earlier? Just like everybody else, I'd be very glad to get some more information...
