I love John Mayer and Joe Jonas' versions, and they both did it justice to the original in different ways. Personally I prefer Joe's version, it's more risky, he goes higher and he tries harder to make it his own.

Saw this live...it sounds good here (really only one bad note, towards the end!) - but he sounded absolutely PHENOMENAL in person. The energy in this moment was one of the best of any show I've been to. In my opinion Joe's a majorly underappreciated (and underdeveloped) talent - capable of being very raw and very sincere and his stage charisma is through the roof. His ballad/folk voice is like butter, but his rock vocal is even better. LOVE him! :P
