  • PPPPFFFTTTTT HAHA! In your dreams it is dude!

  • what is "sour"

  • Did anyone notice that those videos are piece of ...... .

Most of them are simply WRONGGGGGG.

Bad bartending. Don't touch shakers if You don't know what to do with them.

  • new yorks official drink, the rest of the worlds official sissy drink

  • Where is triple sec?

  • wrong.

  • @valianes you're wrong, its not made with actual ice tea

  • @rmassie11 didnt say it was.

Half ounce vodka, quarter ounce rum, gin, triple sec, tequila. The lime and coke part is right.

  • i swear ever video i watch about this drink people always say they are missing something. i understand it is hard to think that these drinks are made differently around the states.

  • lol @ a lot of the comments on here... Cocktails are at each bars discretion. As I know it in the UK it's 1/5th of each white spirits(vodka, gin, teq white, triple sec, rum) plus cola (and sours mix if u ask 4 it to take the edge off) .

  • there're diffrent variaties..but I prefere fresh lemonjuice and a teaspoon of sugar syrup instead of the chemical sweet&sour ...It's just a question of taste...

  • Long Island Iced Tea Cocktail... 1/2 part Gin 1/2 part White rum 1/2 part Tequila 1 part Vodka 1/2 part Triple sec top up Cola dash of Lime juice dash of Lemon juice USE LIME AND LEMON TO SEE THE DIFFERENCE ;) Ice cubes 1 Lemon wedge SHAKE all the ingredients (except cola) ;) with ice. Strain and pour into a highball glass. Top up with cola. Thats a Long Island Iced Tea 'NJOY ;)

  • Douchebag .. "oh this is how fast i can make the long island ice tea" . This is a tutorial not a showcase of your skill

  • you can mix lot of drinks together to make ice team its just the way you want your drink

  • actually with tequila its called texas tea u tards

  • @a90351cleveland When you insult someone, make sure you are actually right.

Texas Tea is just another name for the Long Island Iced Tea, which includes tequila.

  • @nadohawk buddy if you knew me you would know it ios pointless to argue shall i PROVE you wrong??? or do u wana give up now

  • @a90351cleveland LOL. Are you for real fool?

  • You need to learn how to pour. Liquor costs are probably insane wherever you work. Overpour much.

  • This is how I learned from Bartending school...for making Long Island Ice Tea....and this is what should be on your speed rack, in order: Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, Triple Sec and a splash of coke/pepsi

  • You forgot tequila

  • You are to fast

  • there is tequlia in it i went to bar tending school i did the chorse and they way i was taught was 1/2 tequlia 1/2 triple sec 1/2 rum 1/2 vodka 1/2 gin sour mix and pepsi

  • the douchebag forgot tequlia

  • @ketastyles there isnt tequila in it

  • If it's illegal to serve more then 2oz of liqour in Texas then you should've seen him make the mai tai. It was 2 oz light rum and 2 oz dark rum. and some other ingredients that he call a mai tai at the end. But to me it looks like shit.

  • man good memories with that 5 of those and ull be sittin right haha

  • horrid...

  • Comment removed

  • it's too fast! can't keep up ...

  • you guys are funny. anyone who has been in the bar business long enough knows that drink recipes will vary (somewhat) depending on where you're at. btw, the reason he's only pouring 1/2 oz is because it's illegal to serve a drink in tx that contains more than 2oz of liqour.

cabbagepulley got it "right", when using teq. it's called a "tx tea". atleast around here that's what it is.

  • expert?? village..is that some bad joke.

haven't seen one drink/cocktail done right by expert village yet.

  • i love how this guy talks, the way he says "vodka" is just mint.

  • you're retard

  • so would tequila be a good liquor to take out? im planning on making this for a party and most of the people there doesnt drink tequila.

  • yep..i'd pour that right into his face...

    1. half ounce of each is not enough

    2. where the fuck is the tequilla

  • yeah, he defff forgot tequila... its a preferance... but ANY bar u go to serves a long island as...

vodka, gin, rum, tequila, and triple sec... + sour and a dash of coke... im a bartender n ive never seen it w.o tequila, unless someone asks for that

  • A lot of places makes it without tequila couse it has a defined taste than can ruine the cocktail for a lot of people i worked in 4 bars and made it with and without depends on the recipe they choose

  • I believe you gotta shake all the ingredients up and also use tequila

    This will probably taste alright.

  • I prefer a Long Island Iced Tea without the tequila aswell and am glad to see someone actually doing it that way.

Also, there is absoluteley no need to shake a Long Island because the ingredients used combine very quickly if you give them just a slight stir, as none of them contains a large amount of sugar or cream. Cocktails are only shaken if the ingredients mix up rather slowly.

However, I do think that you should always use fresh lemon juice and not some premade mixer.

  • I'm a bartender and I have people ask me to leave tequilla out all the time, but this is a how to video on a site called "expert village" they should show you the exact way a drink is to be made and not be so lazy about it... the other guy they have on this site with the douche bag gotee and tattoos is worse tho lol

  • this bartender is horrible iwouldnt let him make me a drink if the world was coming to an end.

  • If you don't live in long island (i do) you don't know how to "Properly" make it =p

  • go on then enlighten us...?

it was created in babylon, long island and maybe the original version is different, but the IBA's official ingredients include tequila

  • that is such a cliche statement. i feel if the bartender knows how to make good drinks, they can pretty much get any drink right.

  • lol ,,,This clown is actually bragging about living in Long Island, NY. I have seen it all.

  • If you add tequila it is no longer a Long Island Iced Tea, it is then what is known as an Electric Iced Tea or a Texas Tea.

  • I shake

    1/2 ounce of tequila

    1/2 ounce vodka

    1/2 ounce gin

    1/2 ounce bacardi rum

    1/4 ounce countreau

    2 squeezed lime wedges

    1 squeezed lemon wedge

strain over ice and top with dash of coke

    Sells like hot cakes.

  • glad to hear someones doing it right

  • yeah pretty much most long island iced teas iv seen have tequila in them as well, i agree with your recipe more than the video

  • u fucking moron where the hell is the tequila (ur a bartender in texas wtf?) and ur also missing the sour mix fucking dumbass moron and plus you didnt even shake it

  • this video´s bulll

    that is missing the tequila

  • @flairbartender89 I think you are correct. It's 1oz each of: Tequila, Gin, Rum, Triple Sec, Vodka. Add sour mix and splash of coke. Lemon garnish.

  • @flairbartender89 I've seen them with and without tequila, mostly without. By the morning I don't remember any difference...

  • @flairbartender89 and there isnt sweet sour mix at all

  • aww man wheres the TEQQUILLAAAA?

  • If you add the tequilla, it becomes a Texas Tea. I prefer using Cointreau instead of triple sec (much better) Never use sour mix...always freshly squeezed lemon juice and simple syrup (sugar makes the drink the drink a little cloudy).

  • ur wrong on the tequila part, the correct recipe is w tequila, but ur right on everything else.

  • ive seen this done so many different ways

    wheres the tequila

  • One of the best drinks ever! I could drink about 5 of those and be as sober as a judge.

  • here in ny we use 5 liquors and no sour

  • i thought there was 1/2 ounce tequilla?
