Incase you couldent hear, the charter boat was DOCKED... the cruise ship had to make emergancy manuvers to avoid hitting a bridge because someone wasent paying attention. I saw the actual footage of the accedent and he did make an attempt to once he knew he was going on. He's very lucky to be alive
LOL After 5 months I ran accross this video again. Sad as it was. I read the comments and was about to so agree with one until I realized it was from me. LOL I guess I am opiniated.
Evidently you´re not a seaman, large ships are supposed to go at certain speed, while manouvering, they can´t have a wake that sinks everything on their way, or making boats rip their anchors. or slam against the mooring.
