propane doesnt have silicone lube. in it so you would have to get it yourself. you also need a propane adapter. btw. propane smells like shit. green gas is around $7-9. it comes this the nozzle attached to the bottle and it doesnt smell like shit.

JG M733, I have one, barrel is 1 - 2 inches shorter than a "conventional" M4 but it has no removable carry handle. (I.E, it's firmly attached, that's what I assume you're asking?
Quite a nice piece. Color isnt my cup of tea but the contrast between the stock/foregrip and the receiver is quite nice. For me theres only two ways to go, gas or spring(spring in a proper setting of course, such as a bolt action sniper rifle).
I just cant stand the sound of most AEGs, though some high end arent so bad. That and I dislike the firing action of batter powered motor, having to wait for the gears to turn. Gas/spring, you pull the trigger and it fires, no questions asked.
you will be spotted right away in the woods, that's why the pros never use anything chrome (for the inside metal piece maybe), only the blue finish exterior (black finish if you don't know what blue means for guns)
its for realistic look. if you dont now, the real m4 and ar-15 style rifles use a gas operating system which uses the gas from a fired bullet at the end of the barrel to recycle a round into the chamber. the ak and most semi-full automatic style weapons use this system of operation
Dude its airsoft, the whole point of the game is realism. My AEG has a gas tube, there is no rational reason for it. It just does, because its a replica of the real thing.
Just because an airsoft gun doesn't need it, doesn't mean it shouldn't be there. The whole sport is based of having fun, and realism.
Maybe the gas tube has a real effect with that model, even if it's probably not the true. (I don't know because I don't have it, I'll ask a friend of mine who bought this M4 few weeks ago).
But I agree with WCAT101, it's a matter of realism.
If the BB is being pushed out of the barrel by gas, yes there would be gas behind it. The thing is that the amount of gas that you could recover for the blowback would be minimal. So, in a way you're correct, and in a way you're not. Personally, I think that it's an aesthetic touch, although it could be used to quiet the weapon slightly.

i wonder if i could be a cheap scum and use the air soft grips or rail systems for a real AR-15. parts are very expensive now for real stuff and waiting for them can take months due to everything being back ordered.
the dust cover on my brothers AK-47 air soft fits my real Romanian AK lol.

JG M733, I have one, barrel is 1 - 2 inches shorter than a "conventional" M4 but it has no removable carry handle. (I.E, it's firmly attached, that's what I assume you're asking?

Quite a nice piece. Color isnt my cup of tea but the contrast between the stock/foregrip and the receiver is quite nice. For me theres only two ways to go, gas or spring(spring in a proper setting of course, such as a bolt action sniper rifle).
I just cant stand the sound of most AEGs, though some high end arent so bad. That and I dislike the firing action of batter powered motor, having to wait for the gears to turn. Gas/spring, you pull the trigger and it fires, no questions asked.

you will be spotted right away in the woods, that's why the pros never use anything chrome (for the inside metal piece maybe), only the blue finish exterior (black finish if you don't know what blue means for guns)

its for realistic look. if you dont now, the real m4 and ar-15 style rifles use a gas operating system which uses the gas from a fired bullet at the end of the barrel to recycle a round into the chamber. the ak and most semi-full automatic style weapons use this system of operation

Dude its airsoft, the whole point of the game is realism. My AEG has a gas tube, there is no rational reason for it. It just does, because its a replica of the real thing.
Just because an airsoft gun doesn't need it, doesn't mean it shouldn't be there. The whole sport is based of having fun, and realism.

Maybe the gas tube has a real effect with that model, even if it's probably not the true. (I don't know because I don't have it, I'll ask a friend of mine who bought this M4 few weeks ago).

If the BB is being pushed out of the barrel by gas, yes there would be gas behind it. The thing is that the amount of gas that you could recover for the blowback would be minimal. So, in a way you're correct, and in a way you're not. Personally, I think that it's an aesthetic touch, although it could be used to quiet the weapon slightly.

it is an M15a4, just the military version so its distributed by Colt not Armalite or Bushmaster, and it has a full auto function
