@filipinofear13 it says sorry your not in this redemption because you might not have done the requirements to get into it. e.g. you must earn 50ptz to be in the next general redemption, or spend 1 dollar in shop to be in the bonus redemption.

I finally earned enough points to redeem the prize i want but it always says "more soon". One day it's said "redeem now, PTZ place" wIth that arrow thingy but when i logged on it said "sorry you are not in this redemption". So is it possible to actually redeem something if u r not a z-lister and not a shopper???

I heard of redemption dates and times for non-members but where can i find out which day and what time???

Alright everyone. The way it works is every now and then you can redeem. you CANNOT redeem all the time. They will tell you when redemption is on the homepage on your lockerz account. It usually doesnt last that long so you have to redeem quickly
