all the time dude. have you ever heard of teflon tape? its an old trick. If you put it on the threads then screw the caps on its fine. Havent popped one in a month. I have more problems stripping spurs. But i gear 18/90 now and loosen my spur some and its perfect. Same one for about a month. I will have a new video this weekend.
yes they are on the stampede. I think they get better grip this way. If you look at the shape of the chevron tires. If you have them on backwards then when you accelerate all of the material is getting pushed toward the center of the tires. But if they are on the right way it is all getting pushed out of the way and you are just spinning.
you have no idea. This is nothing. I would honestly, i was just warming up when it broke. The reason i wasnt jumping the e maxx to much is cause it is my brothers and he is gone on vacation and he doesnt know im driving it lol.
well, my dads rustler vxl on 3s can beat cars on the highway already, and im pretty damn sure my pede could so the same, but the stampede at full throttle on 3s is too much, the tires instantly balloon crazily and the truck hydroplanes and barrel rolls, 3s lipo may be the shit, but be careful, because even with 2s lipo you could break your truck easily.
trust me i will break everything on the truck before i slow down lol. I dont care about breaking it, thats not a ploblem but i dont wanna break any of the electronics or radio cause i can use that in other cars.
nevermind, i looked at it today and it isnt the spur, it is the diff gear inside the transmission. It was the only plastic gear on the truck (eccept the spur) and it went finally so now i need the steal one.
yea first i poped the bottom of the shock off of the arm, that was easy just pop it back on. But then i stripped my spur gear cause of the backflip. I gave it full throttle and then slammed the brakes. Not good. I need to stop running it with the slipper all the way tight.

Im gonna gear it high as hell and lower whole truck to about half inch off the ground and turn all the settings up on the esc with 2s lipo. That should get it up to about highway speeds egh? lol thats my goal to drive it on the highway.

But in this video i didnt have anyone to tape me and i was in a hurry otherwise i would have fixed my pede's spur and kept driving. But my brother doesnt know i was using his e maxx lol i shouldnt have tried the backflip though. Bad idea but nothing broke hehe
So why the 18/90 vs 11/56? same top speed and almost same rollout?
