Taylor didn't say he gained 30lbs of muscle. He said he gained 30lbs. To clear that shit up. he maybe gained 10-15lbs of muscle & da rest would be fat from bulking, from the high amount of calorie intake.
Taylor lautner isnt as big as he appears. With computer animation(shadow, contrast, etc) they can make him look bigger and more cut in the scenes of Twilight, thats why he always looks shiny cause they are constantly fucking him with computer animation throught the movie. Hes probably 160lbs with 14'' arms like the hodge twins said. He didnt gain 30lbs of muscle in 1 year. More like 5-7lbs of muscle, the rest was water retension and fat from winstrol and creatine
I once see some skinny hillbilly guy on that etreme makeover program and the personal trainer on there had the nerve to say the guy had gained 16lbs of pure muscle in 6 weeks i was psssshhh BUUUULLLLLLLSHIT!
the mofo was 16-17 when he was making the movie, he was growing anyway....30 pounds of muscle is bullshit...he probably gained 30 pounds total (maybe 15 pounds of muscle max cuz hes young)...the rest is cuz hes must growing, bones & tendons.
Hello there! Have you considered the Fat Blast Furnace (google it)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my sister burned a ton of useless fat.
hey hey! Have you ever tried the Fat Blast Furnace (do a google search)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my friend burned tons of stubborn fat
well taylor most likely had profess trainer nutritionist, they told him when to eat and what to eat. also you've got stuff like people tht alter pics that make it look like he actually gained 30lbs od muscle. Also Taylor never worked out before his transformation so i think he could of put on at MAX 15lbs of muscle in those 3 months with considering all these factors
you guys are great, honest commentary and spot on no BS haha. i heard taylor say in an interview he gained about 25 lbs and i chuckled. gotta give the boy credit though, the quality of those 5-10 lbs of mass he put on were impressive. after that role he started losing it though. im 18 175 5'10 8% BF been lifting and eating healthy for 2 years, fascinated with the molecular aspect of fitness; the key is consistency with those 3 things you mentioned sleep, eat, train enough said.
I tried 30 pounds in less than 6 months I'm still fat from that. And I didn't gain no 20 pounds of muscle. not even ten. Believe me the fat comes easy. And after you get lazy the fat keeps coming. DON'T TRY IT YOU'LL GET FAT
man fuck taylor lautner, i been on the juice for 1 year and i aint gain no mother fucking 30 pound of muscle. that noob never worked out in his life maybe for only the movie, thats why he dont know how much is fucking 30 pound of muscle is....
they arn't bullshitting you cant put on all the muscle in under a year...i only started weight lifting a year ago when i was a fucking beanpole at 9 stone 3 and 11 months later im 11 stone 3,,,which is 28 pounds, but its like 8 - 10 pounds of muscle and the rest will be fat
i dont know if its water weight or bs, but i was able to gain 10 pounds in 3 months and 5 more pounds on the 4th month i know its not fat because i have an 8 pack abs im 5'9 155 now, and i did get big no doubt. no supplement and eat about 3-4 times a day. i also like get drunk about 4 times a week and eat some junk food sometimes..and still people think i have strict diet.
i put on 6 pounds of muscle in 3 months is that good im 15 i know i have more testosterone than an old dude but it seems alot example my bench is from 22.5 kg to 45 kg is this normal
@Jimi9512 muscle isn't heavier than fat. 5lbs of muscle weighs the same as 5lbs of fat. Difference is volume, fat takes up more space than muscle. Just ironin that out, don't get butt hurt ;-)
@phillymacster HAHAHA.. OF COURSE 5lbs of muscle weighs the same as 5lbs of fat! But any given volume of muscle will weigh more than the same volume of fat.
You guys are 35+.....Gaining what you did over the last 3 years. But that's your experience gaining muscle. At 17-24 you can gain 30lbs of muscle naturally. You guys have good info but don't believe your 35 and up experience is what it would have been if you guys started at 17-24.
When they say 30 lbs of muscle, pretty sure they mean lean body mass. That can b done in a yr. These guys talking dry muscle, dry muscle take FOREVER to make
LoL I've seen Taylor Lautner tons of times IN PERSON and he's NEVER in his life had 30lbs of muscle on him...He was maybe 5'8 and skinny...he's cut and toned but he isn't buff AT ALL! probably has the 6pack under his shirt but like u guys said HE EXAGGERATED his muscle gain and so did those movies lol
In 2 months I went from 142 pounds at 9% fat to 169 at 13% fat.
142 times 0.09=12.78......142-13=129
169 times 0.13=21.97......169-22=147
147-129=18 pounds of muscle
So in 2 months I gaind 18 pounds of muscle and 9 pounds of fat, that was without a hollywood personal trainer and all the other advantages of being a famous movie star.
i also bet Taylor Lautner has a full time personal trainer, nutritionist, fitness consultant, he is young, and it is his job to get in shape, that is all he has to do between movies and shit. i still don't believe he put on 30 pounds in one year, but he did good for whatever he had to do
hey on my first 6 weeks of working out i gain 18pounds of muscle ever since then i been gain 5 pounds a year, its been my third year, im 6'1 180 punds. gained about 28 pounds in 3 and a half year. i also do boxing, does that effect my gains?
Hey to everyone here, I am attempting to gain 50 lbs in 9 months. i've been told that it can be done. Ive also been told it can't be done. Before you jump on my ass and tell me there's no way in hell, I've only been at it for 3 weeks and I've gained nearly 10 lbs...so at this rate of progress, is it possible to hit 200 lbs. I was 150 when I started on the 9th of January. I'm now 158, today january 27th.
Taylor put on the amount he did because it's noobie muscle.. he's just started training, its easy to pack on muscle in first few months. but NOT 30 lb. He's still only a 130lb guy.. lol.
I put on 55lbs of weight from Jan 2011-jan 2012. Based on my bodyfat% I gained 30lbs of lean muscle. It's possible, but I'm currently cutting. natural
@Zyphon400 Ectomorph, master race. skater kid and smoked/drank and ate junk food everyday and had a six pack, my arms were like 10 inches. 16" now. 1 year
@DistortedBrain LOOOOL sorry but I don't believe you xD I'm a bodybuilder for 3 years now and I've never seen those results, in real life or internet... I think you don't care if I believe or not, fair enough, but with those numbers you won't make anyone believe in you x)
btw... if you gained a lot of fat, MAYBE could be true. but you said 30lb of muscle, so .... don't fool yourself. but, as the twins said, it's good for you ego :)
@DistortedBrain ok so I saw your videos and saw your arm... that's not a shredded arm, so I can believe in you 16'' . but that just proves you didn't gain 30lb of muscle. a lot of fat in there.but keep going!
@Zyphon400 Obviously not shredded, thats why Im cutting right now. The funny thing is, my arm size is increasing during my cut. It's winter bulk mode brah, but cutting early
people always brag when they put on big amounts. like 30 pounds in a year is not "all" muscle. with say 5 pounds of new muscle, that same muscle is going to hold water weight and the body will also have gained some fat probably so add another 5 to 10 between those and bam you have some impressive "weight gain". ;)
@Frosty539018 I know he's at the end of puberty. He put the weight on during his teens... You talk about genetics could it not just be that he had incredibly "good" genes that allowed him to put huge amounts of muscle on? Regardless, I'm still not convinced that it's impossible. Just because the twins haven't/can't doesn't mean no one can.
Taylor was around 16 when he did the first twilight movie, then in the second one - when he put on the muscle - he was nearly 18 years old, he's now almost 20.
So he did put on a lot of weight, but a lot of that was down to him simply getting older and growing. The rest, in fairness, was down to hard work in the gym and at home eating the right food.
I weight 187 is it possible for me to get to a solid all muscle 215 by December my goal is actually 220 all muscle but im looking to walk on somewhere for football and i was just wondering it it possible to pack on that much muscle in a year
although I agree you shouldn't take his word for it. I do however think it's within the realms of possibility. With the help of top personal trainers, constant exercise regime and a strict diet he probably would've been able to put on 30lbs,he was going through puberty which also helped a great deal moreover it was for a movie role therefore he had the latest in techniques, top supplements and equipment etc. I know I can't get all these things down my local gym...
@Kieran5825 He's at the end of puberty not at the start so its not as big as a factor as you make it to be. Even with all the good eating and technique, your body doesn't change the way it's genetically made to build muscle. Only steroids would allow his body to recover fast enough from every workout and make the 30lb gains he talked about possible.
well he was also going through puberty right? I was a real skinny mother fucker until I was about 17. Im six five and i went from 160 to 205 in 2 years. without lifting. obviously not all lean muscle but puberty makes a big difference
meh if he gained it or not, hes on the fucking gear and hes on it for sure. Someone here knows the link to the thread/article where they said its almost certain lautnear is on some shit.
Isn't it possible to reach 25-30lbs lean muscle gain in a year, if you're still in puberty (Age ~16-18) and you're a beginner. Of course with good training programs and proper diet. Not commenting on taylor, but on a general level?
@mesquitadrox I dont know about ALWAYS cause Ive done research papers on him & from what I gathered he was clean up the late 90's after that i dont know he took a shit load of supplements but never juiced he got prescription hgh when he was older n training for rocky 6 anyways its all a matter of opinion you got yours n this is mine
really he may have put on 30.. it was probably his first time really pumping iron and he obviously had a good trainer he gained a ton because it was his first time lifting seriously.. you always gain a lot at first and takes forever later.. so it is possible
Lautner is full of shit! Look at his before and after pic, that might be 10lbs the MAX as the twins said, if he put on 30 lbs of muscle, he'd be 3 times his size. He only looks 'big' because his body fat is so low, i bet im even bigger than him, probably most of you are.
@MrSkippydoodle Bale is some kind of freak. He did the transformation three times! He lost his regained muscle weight again for rescue dawn. Gained it back for another batman movie. Then lost it again for the boxer. Now gained it back again for the next batman movie. Thats quite an accomplishment.
@t1h1c People mustn't forget that these actors have premium, top-dollar physical trainers. They'll find the optimal regimen for the individual's natural build and internal body chemistry. They help these actors out with whichever body type they wish to pursue for a role.
@t1h1c there is such a thing such as muscle memory - which makes it easier to regain what you had lost. But yeah, you have to have the mental edge to keep putting yourself through it.. For the Machinist when he was just bones, apparently all he ate was an apple and a tin of tuna a day, whilst cardioing like mad... nuts!
Stallone was unathletic in Rocky 1&2? That's stupid. Watch those movies again. Yeah, he got really lean and ripped for 3, 4 but so what. Boxing isn't about aesthetics, btw. (Also, I love how they are referring to Stallone as Rocky:D)
@tapmasterflex yeah i understand what your saying i dont think he gained solely muscle in his gain but a substantial amount was muscle, he wasn't doing a cheat bulk. Plus he even said he had to raise his body fat % up because he was at a measly 7 or so %. If you have ever seen him off set he actually isnt that ripped at all but he's a lot bigger than he was before.
@twinmuscleworkout Taylor may have a good nutritionist. Hugh Jackman put on 30 lbs of muscle in a years to play Wolverine. And dude was tall and lean, he was a noodle. And if you watch the Wolverine: Origins movie, dude looks jacked.
ur not right guys, i put 25 pounds for 12 months with 7 meals a day and lots of supplements, and went from 8% body fat do 9%, so it is possible if ur dedicated and have lots of money to spend on food and supplements
Lol and it worked right, this retarded kid replied back to my comment saying what im doing is garbo and he's just gunna eat 2000 cal can gain weight obviously thats is stupid. Nice progress bro i have as well my back is broadening nice traps, thicker chest, i kinda have thesame build as that taylor guy too only thing his shoulders are massive. But yup keep training u shouldnt need to eat more than 2575-3000cal. For the new month im changing my workout to a mass gaining WO. Goodluck
when u lift weights ur bones become more dense=more weight. he was a skinny little dude before im sure he gained some weight from him bones storing up more calcium n getting stronger. also depending on how much more food he was eating n everything that might account for some of the weight if he had some food stored up in his intestines or stomach. and he looks like he gained about 15-20 lbs of muscle at the most.
Taylor didn't say he gained 30lbs of muscle. He said he gained 30lbs. To clear that shit up. he maybe gained 10-15lbs of muscle & da rest would be fat from bulking, from the high amount of calorie intake.

Zyphon400 1 month ago
@DistortedBrain ok so I saw your videos and saw your arm... that's not a shredded arm, so I can believe in you 16'' . but that just proves you didn't gain 30lb of muscle. a lot of fat in there.but keep going!
Zyphon400 1 month ago
@Zyphon400 Obviously not shredded, thats why Im cutting right now. The funny thing is, my arm size is increasing during my cut. It's winter bulk mode brah, but cutting early

johan951ftwm 1 month ago
people always brag when they put on big amounts. like 30 pounds in a year is not "all" muscle. with say 5 pounds of new muscle, that same muscle is going to hold water weight and the body will also have gained some fat probably so add another 5 to 10 between those and bam you have some impressive "weight gain". ;)
Diesel1Dee 1 month ago

The rest, in fairness, was down to hard work in the gym and at home eating the right food.

although I agree you shouldn't take his word for it.
Kieran5825 1 month ago
@Kieran5825 He's at the end of puberty not at the start so its not as big as a factor as you make it to be. Even with all the good eating and technique, your body doesn't change the way it's genetically made to build muscle. Only steroids would allow his body to recover fast enough from every workout and make the 30lb gains he talked about possible.
Frosty539018 1 month ago
well he was also going through puberty right? I was a real skinny mother fucker until I was about 17. Im six five and i went from 160 to 205 in 2 years. without lifting. obviously not all lean muscle but puberty makes a big difference

Isn't it possible to reach 25-30lbs lean muscle gain in a year, if you're still in puberty (Age ~16-18) and you're a beginner. Of course with good training programs and proper diet. Not commenting on taylor, but on a general level?

@mesquitadrox Definitely. He's like 60 something. He already said he has bad genetics. No way his testosterone levels are that high at that age.
TheHeroTutorials 1 month ago
really he may have put on 30.. it was probably his first time really pumping iron and he obviously had a good trainer he gained a ton because it was his first time lifting seriously.. you always gain a lot at first and takes forever later.. so it is possible
kingofnone 1 month ago
Lautner is full of shit! Look at his before and after pic, that might be 10lbs the MAX as the twins said, if he put on 30 lbs of muscle, he'd be 3 times his size. He only looks 'big' because his body fat is so low, i bet im even bigger than him, probably most of you are.
ProphetofGod 1 month ago
@MrSkippydoodle Bale is some kind of freak. He did the transformation three times! He lost his regained muscle weight again for rescue dawn. Gained it back for another batman movie. Then lost it again for the boxer. Now gained it back again for the next batman movie. Thats quite an accomplishment.
t1h1c 1 month ago 25
@t1h1c once you put on muscle and lose it, it is much easier to gain back so he could probably get jacked again pretty quick

@t1h1c That's because actors will always juice before certain roles... They also hire the BEST personal trainers/dieticians

@t1h1c People mustn't forget that these actors have premium, top-dollar physical trainers. They'll find the optimal regimen for the individual's natural build and internal body chemistry. They help these actors out with whichever body type they wish to pursue for a role.
Fido1488 1 month ago

Goodluck

shutupandsmokeit420 2 months ago
when u lift weights ur bones become more dense=more weight. he was a skinny little dude before im sure he gained some weight from him bones storing up more calcium n getting stronger. also depending on how much more food he was eating n everything that might account for some of the weight if he had some food stored up in his intestines or stomach. and he looks like he gained about 15-20 lbs of muscle at the most.
shutupandsmokeit420 2 months ago
i gained 15 pound of muscle in like 9 months i think it can be done people are different from others at gaining .
